This book was begun in 2015 and was about 80% completed when I decided I was too old to write another book, so I put it in a box and forgot about it. A few months ago, I was cleaning out the garage and discovered the box and reread the manuscript. I felt that God was leading me to complete it. The manuscript was originally typed in WordPerfect, and I was told that it couldn’t be converted. I found my friend, who had excellent computer skills, and my thumb drive which had the entire manuscript on it. She took it home, converted the files, and sent them back to me so that I could edit them. It just seemed like a 'God-thing.'I am ninety-one years old and a daily quiet time has been a part of my life for many years. I have used all the suggestions made in these thirty-one day devotionals. Music has been especially important to me in my quiet time. The words of the old hymns hold much wisdom and the newer praise songs bring me close to God. I pray as you journey through these thirty-one days to wellness, that you will experience a new depth of physical, mental, social and spiritual health.
