Como resultado desta tropicalização e de outras práticas linguísticas, o francês padrão ou central coexiste agora com as três (03) variedades do francês da Costa do Marfim. Esta coexistência dá origem a interferências linguísticas, a deslizes de sentido ou a qualquer outra incorreção linguística. E a gramática está ao serviço destas transgressões observadas da língua francesa para restabelecer uma correção de qualquer deslize no uso correto desta língua. Com este objetivo, e com os modestos recursos de que dispomos, elaborámos este livro para ajudar os nossos leitores a melhorar as suas competências. Não temos a pretensão de deter os padrões indiscutíveis da língua francesa. O carácter dinâmico da língua permite-nos explorar outras vias. Cabe aos nossos leitores aceitar todas as nossas sugestões.
