En este trabajo se presenta el desarrollo, fabricación y caracterización de una serie de sensores ópticos basados en estructuras de cavidad Tamm. Estos dispositivos están compuestos por estructuras dieléctricas multicapa de silicio poroso obtenidas mediante anodización electroquímica controlada. Para la fabricación de las estructuras porosas, se implemento principalmente una celda electroquímica fabricada de teflón y una fuente de corriente. La variación de la corriente durante el ataque electroquímico permite ajustar la porosidad de cada capa, modificando así sus propiedades ópticas y la variación del tiempo de exposición ajusta el espesor de cada capa. Posteriormente, las estructuras multicapas son transferida a sustratos de vidrio recubiertos por una película delgada de oro mediante el proceso de lift-off, formando configuraciones tipo Multicapa-Oro-BK7, generando zonas de resonancia que permiten el monitoreo dinámico del comportamiento óptico del sistema. La respuesta del sensor se evaluó mediantela medición del corrimiento del mínimo de reflectancia en la zona de resonancia, en función de la concentración del analito.
