La presente tesi si propone di individuare l’adeguatezza del quadro giuridico commerciale etiope nel disciplinare le azioni derivate. L’analisi offre una visione approfondita delle disposizioni in materia di azioni derivate contenute nel Codice commerciale etiope del 2021. Attraverso un’analisi comparativa di queste disposizioni con quelle contenute nei principali atti societari di altre giurisdizioni, vengono evidenziati i punti di forza e i limiti del quadro giuridico etiope. Le limitazioni riconosciute sottolineano la necessità di un continuo miglioramento, spingendo i politici a prendere in considerazione riforme volte a promuovere la trasparenza e l’inclusività nel dinamico panorama della gestione aziendale dell’Etiopia.
