'New Principles of Capital Market Development and Investment in the Digital Economy Era寻求数字经济形态下资本市场发展和投资的新规律This book mainly analyzes and evaluates the new trends in the value creation process of listed companies in the digital economy era based on the ''2022 Evaluation Report on Digital Value Investment of Listed Companies'' and the ''2023 Evaluation Report on Digital Value Investment of Listed Companies''; Based on the author’s innovation in the value creation methods of listed companies in the digital economy era and the theory and methods of value investment in the digital economy era, this paper explores the development direction of the digital economy era from the digitization of listed companies to capital and digital assets, stocks and ETFs.This book is divided into three parts. The first part is a review of the formation, definition, value investment theory, and digital value investment theory of the digital economy. The second part is an interpretation and analysis of the digitalization process of 4677 and 4953 listed companies disclosed in their 2021 and 2022 annual reports, respectively. The third part explores, innovates, and looks forward to the changes that may occur in the three core nodes of the capital market, from companies to capital, and then to the stock market, in the digital economy era through the creation of digital value investment theory, digital classification portfolio system, digital classification portfolio and index system, and digital value investment evaluation model (DVI).At the same time, this book proposes the direction for the reconstruction and evolution of the order and rules of ''company x digitalization'' - ''capital x digital assets'' - ''stocks x ETFs''. Continuing from this direction, the investment logic, rules, and trading order of the stock market will undergo restructuring.本书主要以《2022年上市公司数字化价值投资评价报告》《2023年上市公司数字化价值投资评价报告》为基础，分析评价了数字经济时代上市公司价值创造进程的新动态；结合作者对数字经济时代上市公司价值创造方式与数字经济时代价值投资理论和方法的创新，探讨了数字经济时代从上市公司数字化到资本与数字资产、股票与 ETF 的发展方向。本书共分为三部分。第一部分是对数字经济的形成、数字经济的定义、价值投资理论及数字化价值投资理论的梳理。第二部分是对2021年、2022年《年报》分别披露的4677家和4953家上市公司所进行的数字化进程的解读和分析。第三部分是通过创建数字化价值投资理论、数字化分类组合体系、数字化分类投资组合与指数体系、数字化价值投资评价模式（DVI），对资本市场从公司到资本，再到股票市场三个核心节点，在数字经济时代可能出现的变化，从秩序和规则上进行了探索、创新和展望。同时，本书提出了'公司×数字化'-'资本×数字资产'-'股票×ETF'秩序和规则重构演进的方向。从这个方向演进下去，股票市场的投资逻辑、投资规则、交易秩序都将发生重构。
