The snapshots of life through these brief stories told are an attempt to promote a license for all human existence. Life is that what we share with others not what we share with the selected few.All group life is affected by moral laws or codes of regulation which in turn are determined by the external forces of politic and power. None of us are exempt from such realities and all yearn to fit within society’s expression of acceptance and expectation. However, there are many that are marginalized. It’s to the exclusion of these few that I write. Expressions of discontent are often projected onto this minority who are already at a disadvantage and at the bottom of a humanly created pile. This whole text attempts to challenge the way in which we socially exclude due to difference and gives an insight into some of the lives of those who experience enduring struggles. It gives voice to the blend and discord of difference and beckons us to examine its divide. As we enquire about our world so it brings us face to face with ourselves and our purpose in connection with others. From the survival of family life to the life of work and leisure it attempts to unravel the purposes and meaning in life and challenges us to go even deeper in a true acceptance of others.

Stuart Evans’s first novel is a comedy-of-ill-manners set in a nouveau riche milieu: a fantastic satirical performance and hyper-referential homage to masters past and present. Paul Keller is the Stephen Dedalus of the piece, the son of Robert and Sylvie, whose internal monologue is spliced into the action, and whose incestuous feelings for his sister lead to an increase in his...

These few poems unfold the stages life in all its struggles. The seven themes depict a search for inner meaning and purpose whilst living alongside others. The peak theme of Sold for a Song takes its victim through a spiritual emergence where all is not real and where the beauty of vulnerability and essence is denigrated and violated by human hand. The following theme expresses...
