Jungunternehmer besitzen in der Regel weder dieses notwendige Unternehmerwissen noch alle Ressourcen. Daher wenden sich junge Unternehmer meist an Venture Capital Unternehmen oder an Business Angels, um eine erfolgreiche Markteinfuehrung zu gewaehrleisten. Neben diesen Gruenderunterstuetzern gibt es noch eine weitere Möglichkeit für junge Unternehmen Hilfe in Anspruch zu nehmen: Inkubatoren. Im Gegensat zu Venture Capital-Gesellschaften und Business Angels, die für gewöhnlich in der Start-Up-Phase in Anspruch genommen werden, d.h. in der Zeit, in der das Unternehmen gegründet wird, werden Inkubatoren dagegen bereits in der Seed-Phase, d.h. in der Zeit der Gründungsvorbereitung konsultiert. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschaeftigt sich mit der Rolle der Inkubatoren für die Gründung eines jungen Unternehmens und stellt verschiedene Formen der Unterstuetzung dar.
