Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2002 im Fachbereich Geschichte - Weltgeschichte - Frühgeschichte, Antike, Note: 2,0, Universität Bielefeld (Geschichtswissenschaften), Veranstaltung: Sparta, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit „Die Perserkriege' möchte ich versuchen, dem Leser einen Überblick über die Geschehnisse aus der Zeit der Perserkriege zu vermitteln. Ich werde mich dabei vor allem auf die relevanten Fakten beziehen. Ich erhebe daher keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit. Beginnen werde ich meine Arbeit mit einer kurzen historischen Einordnung der beiden Protagonisten dieser Kriege, nämlich der Griechen II und der Perser III. Da ich in dieser Arbeit unter anderem mit den zeitgenössischen Berichten des Herodot arbeiten möchte, werde ich diesen antiken Autor in einer kurzen Biographie vorstellen IV. Im Hauptteil werde ich versuchen, möglichst genau den Ablauf der Perserkriege darzustellen. Ich werde die Gründe für diese Kriege suchen, um dann die daraus resultierenden Folgen darzulegen. Abschließen möchte ich meine Arbeit mit einem Fazit.
