Gerade diese Missinterpretationen sind die Hauptgründe für das Scheitern vieler Entwicklungshilfsprojekten, weshalb der Autor für eine intensivere und aktivere Auseinandersetzung mit den lokalen Gegenbenheiten und die Einbeziehung ALLER betroffenen Akteure plädiert.
