Et cette absence n’est pas limitée à notre cas. Il n’y a jamais de justice. Il n’y en a jamais eu. Il n’y en aura jamais. Du moins sur cette terre. Et comme nous n’avons pas l’infantilisme de donner dans les fables nazaréennes qui relèguent la justice dans l’au-delà, autant se faire une raison. Le Droit et la Justice sont des constructions métaphysiques. Pour peu qu’on décortique un peu le système, on retrouve toujours la vieille loi de la jungle, c’est-à-dire le droit du plus fort. Ça, c’est solide. La société organisée élimine ses ennemis. Les possédants défendent leur bifteck. Le gang régnant anéantit les individus ou les groupes qui l’inquiètent.
