Qigong, as a traditional exercise method, can beneft the practitioners both physically and mentally. Here we collected 81 most confusing questions from the students with the Qi-Dao School of Shanghai Qigong Research Institute.And then we divided these questions into four chapters: 'Resolving the doubts about practice', 'The concept of qigong and its traditional connotations', 'Taiji Health' and 'Oi-Dao Harmony, We answered all the questions in this book.These answers illustrated the core idea of'advocacy for Oi-Dao Harmony in modern qigong' put forward by Shanghai Qigong Research Institute.气功，本是一种广大人民群众喜闻乐见的传统锻炼方式，在经常性的习练过程中能够给习练者的身心带来愉悦与健康。本书收集了上海市气功研究所气道书院在历年教学中，学生们提出的代表性问题81个，归分'练功解惑''气功概念与传统名相''太极健康''气以臻道'四个大类。通过师生之间的一问一答，阐述了上海市气功研究所提出的'构建现代气功研究中’气以臻道’学术主张'的核心思想。The first chapter answered various questions encountered by students in qigong practice. The second chapter answered the relationship between modern qigong and traditional cultivation, especially the 'nature of mind' in qigong practice. The third chapter focused on the modern concept and hierarchical structure for Taiji thought and Taiji culture to promote human health. The fourth chapter was a general direction of qigong academic development.Dao is the source of traditional Chinese culture. We hope that advocacy for Qi-Dao Harmony will be helpful to people from all walks of life across the world, especially to those who are engaged in qigong academic research and international exchange as well as those who are interested in qigong practice.本书第一部分'练功解惑'，集中回答了书院学生们在练功中遇到的各种代表性的问题与困惑;第二部分'气功概念与传统名相'，主要回答了现代气功与传统修炼之间的名相关系，特别指出了气功锻炼中的'心性'问题;第三部分'太极健康'着重说明了太极思想、太极文化促进人类健康的现代理念以及层次架构;第四部分'气以臻道'则是全书核心思想的落脚点，是我们提出未来气功学术发展的一个大方向。道，至简而至奥，是中国传统文化的源头，中华民族自信的源泉。希望'气以臻道'学术倡言的提出能够对从事气功学术研究、气功文化国际交流以及热爱气功锻炼的海内外各界人士都有所益处。
