O estudo foi retrospectivo incluindo todos os pedidos de pesquisa de clones de HPN recebidos no laboratório de citometria de fluxo do CRTS de Sfax durante um período de 2004 a 2017. Para cada paciente e/ou testemunha do dia, uma amostra de sangue venoso periférico foi coletada em tubos contendo EDTA e enviada diretamente ao laboratório. A busca do clone HPN por CMF consistiu na análise da expressão de moléculas ancoradas ao GPI: CD16 e CD66b nos grânulos e CD14 nos monócitos. A presença de um clone HPN foi mantida quando pelo menos duas populações celulares (monócitos e PNNs) apresentavam deficiência na expressão de moléculas ancoradas em GPI. O limiar de défice para moléculas ancoradas em GPI foi fixado em 5%.Em nossa série, foram diagnosticados 12 casos de clone HPN e a deficiência na expressão de CD14 foi de 25% (5,1-91%). Os de CD66b e CD16 foram de 44% (5,2-100%) e 36% (0-94%), respectivamente.
