The book discusses the latest developments in Software Product Line (SPL). Software product line is a fast developing methodology for designing software products. Two ongoing important issues in the field of SPL are analysis of SPL and modelling. To support engineers in dealing with the complexity of variability management, variability modeling techniques have been formulated and introduced. The basic objective of modeling variability techniques is to build a successful software product by regulating variability in domain engineering. Analysis of SPL helps in deriving vital information from SPL which introduces a planning and control strategy structure for engineers and experts. It also helps in ensuring accuracy of SPL and providing a precise view for users. This book introduces a number of methodologies for modelling and latest approaches for SPL analysis.
