Welche Verben werden im Deutschen als Modalverben bezeichnet, und wie werden Modalverben des Deutsche n im Türkischen wiedergegeben? Geschieht dieses durch türkische Modalverben oder durch Modi? Welche Modi und Modalverben gibt es im Türkischen, und wie sind die Modi- und Modalverbkonstruktione n im Türkischen analysierbar? Anhand von Literatur beider Sprachen und mit Einbeziehung eigener Vorkenntnisse soll versucht werden, für diese Fragen angemessene Antworten zu finden.
