Proyecto/Trabajo fin de carrera del año 1997 en eltema Ingeniería - Ingeniería mecánica, Nota: 8.0, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Idioma: Español, Resumen: En este trabajo se determina el contenido de cobre y zinc que tienen diferentes marcas de cervezas. Como resultado se ha podido comprobar que la cerveza se mantiene mejor en botella que en lata. La botella es más límpia e higiénica, aunque en el interior de las latas hay una laca que evita la interacción entre el alimento y el envase. Aunque la elaboración de las cervezas no es idéntica en todos los casos, esto da lugar a que cada cerveza tenga un sabor característico. Ha de tenerse en cuenta que todas cumplen la normativa.
