El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como núcleo fundamental el estudio y la aplicación de métodos de descomposición no algebraica, cimentados en estructuras de Lie, con el propósito explícito de abordar el cálculo de la exponencial de operadores en diversos escenarios propios de la óptica cuántica. La investigación se organiza en dos líneas de aplicación complementarias. En primer lugar, se aborda la resolución de ecuaciones maestras en la forma de Lindblad, que constituyen el marco estándar para la descripción de sistemas cuánticos abiertos en interacción con su entorno y por otro lado, se traslada el enfoque al análisis de diversas configuraciones de arreglos de guías de onda acopladas, interpretadas como redes ópticas con distintas geometrías de acoplamiento. El valor y la originalidad de este trabajo radican en su capacidad para ampliar significativamente el alcance del método de factorización tradicional basado en álgebras de Lie cerradas.
