Er erzählt die Binnenerzählung über den Großinquisitor. Diese handelt davon, dass Jesus Christus im Sevilla des 16. Jahrhunderts erscheint. .. Fjodor Michailowitsch Dostojewski (1821-1881) gilt als einer der bedeutendsten russischen Schriftsteller. Er gilt als einer der herausragenden Psychologen der Weltliteratur. Seine Bücher wurden in mehr als 170 Sprachen übersetzt.
