Der Handel erreicht die höchsten Ebenen der Macht und wurde nicht ausgerottet, sondern nur etwas eingedämmt. Die US-amerikanische Drogenbekämpfungsbehörde (USDA) und die Drogenbekämpfungsbehörden in der ganzen Welt versuchen, einen Waldbrand mit Gartenschläuchen ohne ausreichenden Wasserdruck zu bekämpfen. Wie ist dies möglich?Die Antwort ist, dass der Drogenhandel nicht ausgerottet werden kann, weil seine Direktoren, die Herrscher der Finsternis, die Bösen an höchster Stelle, nicht zulassen werden, dass ihnen das lukrativste Geschäft der Welt mit riesigen Gewinnen, für das nur ein Minimum an Investitionskapital erforderlich ist, ein praktisch kostenloses Produkt mit geringen Produktionskosten, weggenommen wird.
