A journey through life from early years to present day, however since written more events have occurred, who knows could be enough material for book two.Upon reading you might have the thinking of 'this is fiction ', I kid you not, everything that you read has occurred and the struggles have and in some cases still carrying on. Any names that appear have been changed, there’s no blame game, well there is but that’s my demons and only people that have been involved in situations might know it’s them I’m writing about. The book is a mix up of an autobiography and a journal of my life , it has a very dark and morbid in parts persona , thoughts of suicide and ending of life are mentioned , It’s my views on these subjects and In no way that I would suggest someone should think about taken this sort of action .The subject and title of this book may seem of a serious medical condition , and I guess it is , however , it’s mentioned in the book that I don’t want the whole world knowing my business , I will , and have dealt with this condition in my own way . Although it’s been suggested that I should seek medical advice , I have dealt with it my own way and have a strong feeling that once the medics get involved , I will either be in and out of therapy or hooked on some mind bending drug , well my view is that 'Pills don’t pay bills'. My life today, in the present time frame, is far better than when I was thinking about writing this book. I have my family , my loving wife , My son , my parents are still with us , my health is pretty good , money is tight but then I have had that all my life . Work is good and really I don’t want for much, there are people a lot worse off than me. I have a moany grumpy side and that seems to be more present than a happy jolly person that’s locked away inside me. A wise man once said ,' you make your bed , you lay in it', that was my father in law , he’s truly missed as is my mother in law , another saying that sticks in my mind is , ' Live for the now , enjoy what you have , you can’t take it with you when you go ' , Very wise words . Enjoy my book.

Three particular themes are basic to this study.
