The book describes 'Déjà Vu' the phenomenon of corruption that befalls administration after administration in Nigeria, and its citizens are the causes. The book describes fixing the problems that requires citizens commitment because no other country or a person can solve them, except Nigerians. This book illustrates the drawbacks of corruption and provides a method to use and keep it under control. This book describes how political parties and politicians offer empty promises during the election campaigns, to win citizen’s votes, and after the election is over, they cease to fulfill their obligations. The book illustrates how states, local, and federal governments are mismanaging citizen’s funds. The book illustrates how some of the opportunists in the government agencies or private sectors acquired properties in Nigeria and overseas with the funds they had stolen, and some of them took those funds and deposited in their foreign bank accounts, to prevent any shred of evidence by the appropriate law enforcement agencies in charge of monetary of illegal dealings. The book depicts the leaders from the inception of the country up to the last administration that aided the country either progress or oscillating during their tenure in office. In this book, it describes how corruption became institutionalized in all facets of government agencies, private sectors, individuals, including secondary and primary schools, universities, churches, mosques, and marketplaces.
