Ebenen unterschieden, auf denen sich De- und Transformationen der Wohlfahrtsproduktion manifestieren (können): der Wandel sozialpolitischer Ziele, Normen und Leitbilder, der Wandel von Akteurs- und Steuerungskonstellationen bei der Wohlfahrtsproduktion, Transformationen auf Ebene der Subjekte im transformierten Wohlfahrtsstaat und schließlich alternative Modelle der Wohlfahrtsproduktion und der sozialen Sicherung.
