L’intégration égale des femmes dans le monde du travail est encore un objectif à atteindre aujourd’hui, étant donné que le marché du travail suit encore des modèles sexistes de division des emplois, créant des obstacles à l’accès et au maintien des femmes dans le monde du travail. Inspirée par cette idée, cette étude a pour but de découvrir comment certaines femmes sont entrées dans le monde du travail dominé par les hommes dans l’industrie de la construction navale du Rio Grande, étant donné que l’inclusion des femmes dans ce cercle productif est une nouvelle donnée empirique qui doit être étudiée afin de la quantifier et, surtout, de la qualifier.
