There are so many voices vying for our attention. We are constantly bombarded by news alerts, posts on social media, and people sharing their opinions. In the midst of our ’noisy’ world, it can be difficult to hear the voice of God. God is always speaking to us and longs for us to hear and receive all that He has to say. This devotional is a collection of words spoken to the author from God over a number of years that have shaped and transformed her life. His words have brought healing to the soul, encouragement in moments of despair, and challenged the author to pursue His presence like never before. It is her prayer that God will speak to you through this devotional and encourage you to keep growing and trusting in Him. At the end of each devotional are a few sentences for you to declare over your day. The bible says in Proverbs 18: 21 that 'death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.' There is such power released when we speak out God’s promises and truths over our lives. As we hear from God, read His word and declare His truths, may we be drawn closer into His presence and become more like our Creator. As you go through this devotional may you come to intimately know the One who created you, formed you, calls you by name, and loves you with an everlasting love.
