DANGER could have been my middle name when one considers the number of serious incidents I was involved in, especially in my younger years. It is not surprising that I can claim to have had so many 'lucky escapes' from death. This Non Fiction story portrays many of the hazardous situations in which I often found myself and shows how seemingly innocent play can suddenly turn into dangerous, or even life threatening incidents.I consider that I have had extremely good luck in overcoming lots of adversity throughout my life, so far, and I reckon that I have cheated the Grim Reaper at least seven times: Two of the more serious of which happened in my middle aged years.Having used up seven of my 'nine' lives, I hope to delay the using up of my eighth and ninth lives for as long as possible. However, one has to be continually aware that DEATH really does only need to win ONCE.
