There are numerous occasions where the student cannot express his or her views to the teacher, so the teacher encourages the students to express their views, problems, suggestions, questions etc. via a written letter.The teacher after reading /analyzing the letters provides suitable answers, solutions and mentors and guides the students as best as he can. Some of the letters are true versions with the name changed to protect the real identity of the student, most of the issues are real in nature and a faced by most of the students.  The replies and solutions are kept as simple for students to understand. This book is written keeping in mind the sensitive and vulnerable nature of the students.
