I sat in the back room signing books, for over 100 people. The excitement is building. I’ve been honored to speak at my first TEDX talk. The long-term effects of her actions did numerous thing to my life. First, what it did to me is shorten my life expectancy by 20 years! The fact I can’t ignore. It causes nearly 30 flashbacks on a daily basis. Nightmares will forever be a part of my life. Nightmares will continue and the voices will forever remain with me until I die. Today in 2025, there is hope! I’ve seen in the eyes of countless strangers across this beautiful country. This book is a manual on how to cope with Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
