Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist das neuste Zuwanderungsgesetz vorzustellen, das am 01.01.2005 in Kraft getreten ist, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf den Vergleich mit dem bisher gültigen Ausländergesetz von 1990 gelegt wird.
