Evangelische Fachhochschule Reutlingen-Ludwigsburg; Standort Ludwigsburg), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ich werde in der vorliegenden Arbeit zunächst einen Überblick über das Jugendstrafrecht allgemein liefern, angefangen mit der Geschichte und Entwicklung des Jugendstrafrechts in Deutschland. Danach komm ich zur Definition des Jugendlichen und den Grundlagen des heutigen Jugendstrafrechts mit seinen Bestimmungen, den Anwendungsbereichen und den besonderen Vorschriften. Anschließend werde ich das Sanktionssystem im Jugendstrafrecht darstellen. Zum Schluss werde ich anhand von zwei Beispielen die Alternativen im Strafrecht aufzeigen und dann ein Resümee ziehen.
