In den meisten Fällen beschreibt der Begriff jedoch lediglich die ungleiche Verteilung von Produktionsfaktoren und beschreibt die komparativen Kostenvorteile verschiedener Länder. Diese Arbeit blickt hinter diese Fassade und analysiert den wahren Charakter des Sozialdumpings. Sie untersucht welche Tatbestände erfüllt werden müssen, damit Sozialdumping vorliegt und analysiert Fälle von Sozialdumping.Der Autor erhielt einen MBA der Fudan Universität Shanghai. Er beschäftigte sich für zwei Jahre als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bei einem renommierten Forschungsinstitut in Hamburg mit der Analyse von Handelsströmen zwischen Industrie- und Entwicklungsländern. Ferner beschäftigte er sich als Vorstandsmitglied der Hamburger China-Gesellschaft mit den deutsch-chinesischen Handlungsbeziehungen.
