Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Theologie - Biblische Theologie, Note: 1,7, Universität zu Köln, Veranstaltung: Pentateuch, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Hausarbeit befasse ich mich mit dem Dekalog, speziell mit dem ersten Gebot und der Frage nach Monotheismus und Monolatrie.Als Einleitung stelle ich den Dekalog erstmal als Ganzes vor und vergleiche die beiden Fassungen aus dem Buch Exodus und Deuteronomium.Folgend werde ich dann auf das erste Gebot, dessen Ursprung, Quellen und Alter, eingehen.Im dritten Kapitel befasse ich mich dann näher mit dem Fremdgötterverbot, auch in Bezug auf monotheistische Tendenzen und Monolatrie, woraufhin ich die vier Phänomene der Entwicklung schon mal zusammenfassend aufführe.Anschließend gehe ich dann auf die Entwicklung zum Monotheismus näher ein.Letztlich geht es dann um die Bedeutung der Ausschließlichkeit in verschiedenen Bereichen.Mit der persönlichen Schlussbetrachtung endet die Arbeit.
