Lexi Williams has a very simple plan for her life: get married. The fact that she isn’t currently dating anyone isn’t about to stop her. He keeps most of his answers to monosyllabic responses. But Lexi has never backed down from a challenge. As her grandmother’s eightieth birthday party looms, and her mom’s insistence that she brings a boyfriend to the party, Lexi digs in and puts all her rules into action. The problem, of course, is that Asher doesn’t play by the rules. Lexi and Asher seem completely different on paper but sometimes, love pops up in the most unexpected places.
