This is a story about a little girl who has been separated from her daddy for a long time. Her daddy is in the military and had to go to work very far away. The little girl goes through many changes while her daddy is away. She tells how she has grown and how she can now do things that she could not do before her daddy left. She has been writing to him and sending him pictures. She has even been keeping a calendar to mark the passing days. She and mommy get all dressed up because today is the day that daddy comes home.
