Considerando a heterogeneidade cultural existente, sentimos preocupados em relação e educação oferecida a toda a população, cuja interpretação da realidade e de valores são diferenciadas. Principalmente no período transitório de Território Federal para novo Estado da Federação Brasileira, cujas bases foram sendo plantadas, oportuno para rever o que foi feito, no sentido de dar uma resposta as necessidades dos que aqui se instalaram, em busca de melhores condições de vida.
