La crisis económica nos ha arrollado a los ciudadanos, afectando a nuestra vida cotidiana, pero también ha removido los cimientos del sistema de bienestar, conuna merma muy relevante en derechos sociales. Las crónicas aquí recogidas ponen el foco en la forma de entender los servicios públicos, pero también abordan temas relacionados con lo que habían sido verdaderas señas de identidad, algunas de las cuales se han desvanecido y otras, simplemente, han sido engullidas por un expolio sin precedentes de lo público que ha dejado paso a una mayor vulnerabilidad y precariedad para el conjunto de la sociedad. El análisis de casos concretos fija la mirada en acontecimientos que han sido letales para el patrimonio colectivo de los ciudadanos pero además constituye un aviso a navegantes y advierte de los riesgos a los que estamos expuestos.
