There are many types of loans and many ways in order for the financial institution to make money on your transaction. There is of course an acceptable level of cost associated with any financial transaction. The key is to understand loans and some of the terminology, so that you can make an educated decision. A simple credit transaction involves borrowing an amount of money in order to purchase something or spend money on something that you normally could not afford to purchase without the loan.
