The author believed he was a saved Christian and never doubted he was going to heaven. Recently, during a traumatic surgery that nearly killed him, God took him to hell to show him his true eternal destination. After surgery and during recovery, John started working with the Holy Spirit to understand why God sent him to visit hell.
