L’âge mûr est un phénomène qui peut être considéré comme véritablement énigmatique. Il peut être si déroutant que de nombreuses personnes sont perplexes et ne parviennent pas à comprendre cet événement naturel de la vie. Il peut se caractériser par des sentiments de déception, d’anxiété et de crise. Cependant, il peut également s’agir d’une période où les individus explorent leur vie intérieure tout en restructurant leur vie extérieure. L’objectif de cette étude est d’examiner la quarantaine en étudiant l’état de santé physique, émotionnelle et psychologique des enseignants d’âge mûr. Elle vise également à identifier les corrélats de leur état de santé.
