Para fazer avaliações sobre o clima e tomar decisões relevantes para o clima, são necessários dados meteorológicos válidos. Por isso, os dados de estações meteorológicas automáticas e semiautomáticas devem ser submetidos a um controlo de qualidade. Este trabalho trata do controlo de qualidade dos dados registados no lago Piburger See entre 2004 e 2012. A estação meteorológica realizou medições da temperatura, humidade relativa do ar, pressão atmosférica, radiação global, velocidade do vento, rajadas de vento e direção do vento.
