We seek to understand the Conscious Reality which we are, and to see our relationship to All That Is. There is the excitement and joy of discovery in learning and understanding the reasons we come to this life from the eternal life we are part of. We are all connected in our human consciousness which functions in several different levels. We think in the Everyday Level which we know well, and we are all aware of the Sleep Level. The Subconscious Level is recognized and its functions are now better understood. There is also the Fourth Level which is less understood and is called the Higher Self, or the Universal Unconscious, the Atma. These Levels all interrelate and the Fourth Level is multidimensional with higher energy processes we use in many ways. Understanding these levels can lead to a clearer knowledge of how the energy of your thought relates to the structure of matter, who you really are, and how you connect with the life in all things in the Universe. The extent to which our thoughts modify the reality around us is something we are mostly unaware of. Thoughts are energy and are multidimensional. Our thoughts also influence the behaviour of all our body cells. The author currently works, studying and writing philosophy, and as a sculptor and artist. He was previously a reconstructive plastic surgeon who taught in the university as a clinical professor. From an understanding of the structure and function of the body he went on to study the ways we live with our thought processes and their energies. It is all happening through you, but not because of you.
