Nel settore sanitario, il costante aggiornamento delle conoscenze è essenziale per garantire un’assistenza di qualità e una pratica professionale efficace. L’obiettivo di questo progetto è stato quello di valutare il livello di aggiornamento delle conoscenze tra gli infermieri, sottolineando l’importanza della formazione continua in un contesto medico in costante evoluzione. Il nostro studio è stato di tipo descrittivo, trasversale e basato su un approccio quantitativo, con l’obiettivo di descrivere il livello di aggiornamento delle conoscenze tra gli infermieri dell’ospedale universitario Hedi Chaker di Sfax, in Tunisia. Abbiamo potuto concludere che ogni infermiere ha esigenze, stili di apprendimento e vincoli di tempo diversi, per cui l’offerta di una varietà di strumenti e metodi può aiutare a soddisfare queste diverse esigenze e a trovare un equilibrio tra questi strumenti per garantire un aggiornamento efficace e continuo delle loro conoscenze.
