This book is more than just telling my story of how I got involved in an international prison ministry and the people I met along the way because in the process of becoming a minister I was confronted with many challenging situations, people, religions, and most importantly myself.Raised in Charlotte, NC currently residing in Philadelphia, PA Adarrel Omar Fisher is the founding member of Making Others Righteous. He started writing rap/poetry during childhood emailing lyrics back and forth with his brothers. But after first accepting Jesus at a Hickory Grove Baptist Summer camp in 1991 at age 13 and rededicating his life to Jesus at age 21 he then accepted his calling to ministry in 2000 first with in home Bible studies with friends. However, in 2001 one his best friends was sent to Federal Prison in Lexington, KY which motivated Adarrel to join the Saints Prison Ministry in 2003. Going back to his artistic roots Adarrel founded Making Others Righteous in 2004 with the purpose of using Christian poetry and rap to reach men and young men in a way they could understand.
