Cette recherche a pour objectif de montrer l’influence des conditions de travail sur la performance individuelle des acteurs cinématographique. Pour y parvenir, nous avons fait recours à une méthodologie qualitative. Il ressort de l’analyse des données issues des trois principales sources (observations, analyse documentaires, entretiens semi-directifs) que les conditions de travail ont la Waves film production a une influence sur la performance individuelle des acteurs. Le présent travail ouvre des pistes de réflexion pour de nombreux travaux futurs. Le mémoire révèle les conditions de travail dans lesquels les acteurs de cinéma vivent au Cameroun.
