L’une de ces stratégies émergentes est la conception universelle de l’apprentissage (CUA). Cette étude a été menée à l’université d’État de Bowling Green par un étudiant en éducation. Les étudiants de premier cycle en éducation suivant un cours d’introduction, après avoir découvert la CUA, ont été invités à évaluer un plan de cours publié en fonction de son adhésion aux principes de la CUA, tels que décrits dans la grille d’évaluation qui leur a été fournie.
