L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier le problème du transfert de chaleur dans une pale de turbine à gaz afin d’obtenir un refroidissement optimal. Diverses techniques ont été proposées pour le refroidissement des pales et l’une d’entre elles consiste à percer des trous axiaux le long de la portée de la pale. Le refroidissement des pales est une préoccupation majeure car elles sont soumises à des températures élevées. Dans une turbine à gaz à haute température, les conceptions de refroidissement des aubes de turbine nécessitent des technologies clés. Le modèle d’aube de turbine à gaz est créé à l’aide de Gambit, le maillage est créé à l’aide du logiciel CFD (Fluent), pour effectuer l’analyse de l’écoulement. Le modèle de turbulence k-e est utilisé pour cette analyse. Trois modèles (6, 8, 12) avec un alliage de titane et d’aluminium et un alliage de nickel et de chrome ont été analysés afin de déterminer le nombre optimal de trous pour un meilleur taux de refroidissement, un meilleur matériau et une meilleure distribution de la température. Déterminer le taux de refroidissement d’une aube de turbine à gaz avec différents trous et différents matériaux. Le taux de refroidissement de l’aube de la turbine à gaz avec la distribution de la température pour les différents matériaux est de 20%. Lorsque le nombre de trous augmente dans l’aube, la distribution de la température diminue.
