La conception des panneaux solaires au sommet du bus est calculée en trois étapes principales, 1) Le calcul est effectué pour la demande d’énergie électrique du climatiseur dans le bus en utilisant le flux de température thermodynamique à l’intérieur du bus, en ce qui concerne les données de température minimum et maximum pour la ville de Chennai au cours de l’année 2008. 2) Le calcul est effectué pour l’énergie mensuelle produite par un seul panneau solaire choisi en utilisant les données de radiation solaire pour Chennai. 3) Le circuit électrique interne est conçu pour le bus en choisissant le contrôleur de charge solaire MPPT spécifique et la batterie pour le stockage. Tous les calculs sont effectués à l’aide de MAT LAB.
