Este estudo investigou a Comunicação na Liderança Pastoral para Gestão de Pessoal da Igreja na Conferência Batista de Ogbomoso. O motivo é porque a lacuna de comunicação entre pastores da igreja e outros funcionários foi observada como criando uma brecha que sempre resultou na ineficácia dos membros da equipe da igreja. O estudo identificou canais de comunicação comuns entre a equipe da igreja; descobriu até que ponto os membros da equipe da igreja usam canais de comunicação; examinou as habilidades de Comunicação da Liderança Pastoral necessárias para a gestão de pessoal da igreja; descobriu problemas associados à comunicação entre membros da equipe da igreja; descobriu papéis de Comunicação da Liderança Pastoral; e examinou os efeitos da comunicação na Liderança Pastoral na gestão de pessoal da igreja. O método de pesquisa descritiva foi usado, e a população compreendeu funcionários ministeriais e não ministeriais das Igrejas Batistas locais dentro da metrópole de Ogbomoso. Questionários e entrevistas foram usados para coletar informações de campo.
