Einleitung: Die Durchführung einer bildgebenden Untersuchung hängt in erster Linie von der Anforderung der Untersuchung ab. Ziel : Bewertung der Indikatoren für die Einhaltung der Anforderungen für bildgebende Untersuchungen. Material und Methoden: Die prospektive Querschnittsstudie wurde vom 03. Januar bis 02. März 2023 (2 Monate) durchgeführt, die Stichprobe war umfassend. Die analysierten Variablen waren die verschiedenen Compliance-Kriterien, die in administrative, klinische und geringfügige Kriterien gruppiert wurden. Ergebnisse : Bei einer Stichprobe von 605 Anträgen auf bildgebende Untersuchungen entfielen 61,8 % auf Ultraschall. Die Zahl der Anträge, die alle acht Kriterien erfüllten, war mit 0,2 % sehr gering. Schlussfolgerung : Am Ende dieser Studie stellten wir eine unzureichende Qualität bei der Verschreibung von Anträgen auf bildgebende Untersuchungen fest, da fast alle Anträge nicht alle 8 Kriterien erfüllten.Schlüsselwörter: Konformität, Untersuchungsanforderung, medizinische Bildgebung, Referenzgesundheitszentrum Bougouni.
