Fer de la Cruz no sabe si todos podemos aprender a volar pero si que todos podemos aprender a escribir. Es un poeta yucateco nacido en Monterrey, Nuevo Leon (Mexico), en 1971. Maestro en espanol por Ohio University, es profesor fundador de la Escuela de Creacion Literaria del Centro Estatal de Bellas Artes. Miembro del comite directivo de la biblioteca en lengua inglesa (Merida English Library) y del comite consultivo en Literatura, del patronato Pro Historia Peninsular (ProHispen). Ha publicado los siguientes poemarios, entre otros: en poesia lirica, Osario (2019), Seven Songs of Silent Fireflies (2008, 2019) y Redentora la voz (2010). En poesia para ninos: El corazon de Pluton y otras dulzuras (2018), Aliteletras. De la A a la que quieras (2011, 2019) y Si el avestruz volara (2015, 2019).
