Il met également en lumière le rôle des acteurs politiques, économiques et armés, parfois visibles mais aussi souvent dissimulés, qui influencent durablement la stabilité du pays.L’ouvrage examine enfin l’impact de ces infiltrations au sein des institutions nationales, et comment celles-ci contribuent à fragiliser l’État, à entretenir l’instabilité et à perpétuer le cycle de violence. L’objectif est de mieux comprendre ces dynamiques afin d’ouvrir la voie à des solutions durables pour la paix et la reconstruction en RDC.
