Ce travail met en évidence les valeurs mathématiques qui sont liées à notre vie quotidienne et qui ne sont souvent pas perçues, car beaucoup pensent que les mathématiques sont quelque chose d’abstrait et d’inutile. De nombreux élèves considèrent les mathématiques comme une matière critique, en raison du degré de difficulté qu’ils éprouvent à assimiler les contenus abordés. Une façon de remédier à ces difficultés est d’intégrer l’expérience de ces élèves dans la salle de classe, ce qui permet de développer les connaissances mathématiques de manière plus efficace.
